All 90-minute Bathhouse Session includes herbal tea on arrival, pre-bathing cleansing scrub, full access to our medical grade facility including contrast bathing protocol guidance based on your wellness needs, chlorine-free heated magnesium hydrotherapy pool, 3 infrared saunas set 50, 60 and 70 degrees, cold plunge pool, red light therapy panels, double filtered showers and drinking water, complimentary sparkling water, 2 bath towels, replenishment electrolyte beverage—maximum 14 guests.

A soft, flowing and deeply relaxing massage using aromatherapy oils for a nurturing sensory journey. Based on traditional relaxation massage techniques this full body massage relieves built-up tension, soothes the nervous system and restores energy flow.

Deep Tissue Massage concentrates on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic patterns of tension in the body.
By applying firm pressure and slow strokes our experienced therapists work on deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
Used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

A tailored massage delivered by our remedial massage therapists to remedy specific musculoskeletal problems and injuries. Indulge in a full body deep tissue massage to alleviate muscle tension and aid relaxation through a combination of sports and advanced massage techniques. Receipt/provided number provided for Private Health Cover claims.

A deeply relaxing and restorative treatment, the primary focus of Hawaiian massage is to treat the body and mind as a whole, thereby improving the functions of the major organ systems, supporting the body’s detoxification process and bringing about a sense of peace, harmony and wellbeing.
Involving long, rhythmic flowing strokes to support tension release, muscle relaxation and lymphatic drainage, clients are advised to wear as little as possible since Kahuna is a whole-body massage, with the strokes running from the client’s feet all the way to their shoulders. A towel will be provided to cover parts of the body that don’t need to be massaged, and we offer disposable underwear for clients who aren’t comfortable with going fully naked.

A gentle and deeply relaxing manual therapy that relieves muscle and joint tightness around the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. Facilitating the release of restrictions in the whole body including the membranes and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord, this specialist treatment improves the function of the central nervous system and encourages the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Includes tuning fork frequency healing to stimulate qi, encouraging the body’s energy to flow naturally.

IV Therapy assists in giving the body a boost in times of high stress or sickness, supports a sluggish immune system and promotes general well-being. Offered through The Health Lodge Vitamin Clinic, we use the best quality TGA approved vitamins available in Australia administered by highly experienced nurses and integrative GPs ensuring optimal treatment and care.
An initial assessment will be provided by one of our nurses, who will assess your health and medical needs to provide you with the appropriate treatment and IV vitamin therapy. The nurse will then administer your treatment protocol using advanced medical process and high quality, medical grade vitamins.
