By applying firm pressure and slow strokes our experienced therapists work on deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

Kahuna Massage
A deeply relaxing and restorative treatment, the primary focus of Hawaiian massage is to treat the body and mind as a whole, thereby improving the functions of the major organ systems, supporting the body’s detoxification process and bringing about a sense of peace, harmony and wellbeing.
Involving long, rhythmic flowing strokes to support tension release, muscle relaxation and lymphatic drainage, clients are advised to wear as little as possible since Kahuna is a whole-body massage, with the strokes running from the client’s feet all the way to their shoulders. A towel will be provided to cover parts of the body that don’t need to be massaged, and we offer disposable underwear for clients who aren’t comfortable with going fully naked.

IV Therapy
IV Therapy assists in giving the body a boost in times of high stress or sickness, supports a sluggish immune system and promotes general well-being. Offered through The Health Lodge Vitamin Clinic, we use the best quality TGA approved vitamins available in Australia administered by highly experienced nurses and integrative GPs ensuring optimal treatment and care.
An initial assessment will be provided by one of our nurses, who will assess your health and medical needs to provide you with the appropriate treatment and IV vitamin therapy. The nurse will then administer your treatment protocol using advanced medical process and high quality, medical grade vitamins.
